6elm Capital was founded in August 2018 by Anil Gondi and Kartik Joshi. The genesis of the fund comes from over 15 years of close collaboration between the founders investing across the global TMT landscape. The name of the fund, 6elm, is based on the founders’ first international trip together to Tokyo in 2007.

  

6elm looks to arbitrage information asymmetry across geographies and within sub sectors through a combination of deep sector expertise and proprietary company specific insights. The fund looks at opportunities through the lens of a lifecycle based approach, enabling them to construct a style agnostic, idiosyncratic portfolio across the distressed, value, GARP, growth and momentum phases of the lifecycle.
